AWARDS

A favourite wine rated 93/100 by our committee!

Wine:

The 2022 Red Gevrey-Chambertin Symphonie is a full-bodied Pinot that has won over our Selection Committee! Its excellent fruit, with tones of raspberry and black cherry, integrates seamlessly into a perfectly managed and balanced structure, with tannins that are both present and enveloped. This is a complex wine with great persistence, in the pure tradition of the appellation's finest. A wine for aging, perfect to pair with a fine red meat or a veal chop with jus. The Committee's favorite, rated 93/100.

From now until 2030, and even longer for enthusiasts.

In the footsteps of the great figures of the Côte de Nuits, Domaine Alain Burguet quietly yet skillfully forges its own path. In the early 90s, the estate was one of the driving forces of the appellation; since 2012, under the leadership of his sons Eric and Jean-Luc, its reputation has only continued to rise.

With manual harvesting, a heritage of old vines concentrated on just 8 hectares of Pinot Noir, and aging with minimal new oak, tradition is preserved to produce deep and elegant wines.
