The limestone terroirs from which it originates give it fabulous energy, presenting a meaty structure and perfect balance. Ideal from aperitif to table, this white wine is a call to conviviality! Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Vatting for 20 days in temperature-controlled vats.

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of white flowers haloed by notes of yellow fruit.

Palate:

Tender and delicious, this wine is a real palate pleaser, with a digestible body, lovely bitterness on the mid-palate and notes of pomelo on the finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
