With a Parker rating of 98/100, the 2021 Red Jumilla Las Gravas surpasses all expectations. Showcasing remarkable finesse, this wine reveals layers of voluptuousness and freshness, embodying a distinctly Mediterranean style built on power and energy. Its intensely chalky finish enhances its vibrant character. This blend of Mourvèdre with 10% Grenache, aged in large wooden foudres, is destined for great success. Simply superb!

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional fermentation of each grape variety with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 20 months in 5000-liter foudres and small 500-liter foudres.

Bright, intense red with carmine highlights.

Bouquet of peony underlined by notes of crushed blackberry.

Palate:
