The 2021 Red Pommard is a great success, combining maturity, freshness, and delicacy. This Pinot Noir is exceptionally pure, with a slight toasty note from the aging process, along with beautiful hints of Morello cherry. The gentle tannins, refined structure, and composed style are immediately captivating. A true Burgundy, still within reach! Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Maceration in temperature-controlled wooden vats for 18 to 21 days. Aged in oak barrels with 30% new wood for 14 to 16 months.Color:
