Wine:

With its lovely pastel hue, the 2023 Corse Calvi Rosé showcases purity and freshness. This crisp, flavorful, and light rosé is delicately floral, marked by notes of citrus and tangerine. It's a refined and elegant wine, perfect for an aperitif, and pairs wonderfully with fried fish or vegetables, or grilled dishes. This exclusive cuvée, not found anywhere else, is rated 92+/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvest in the morning, direct pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, aged 4 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Certified organic wine.

Light rosé, pastel color, very slightly bright copper.

Pure citrus and mandarin notes.
