Wine:

A beautifully mature wine, the 2022 red Sancerre La Terre des Anges unfurls a well-balanced, tasty juice with notes of red fruit, fine spices and great freshness. It's a light red, with delicate tannins, forming a highly digestible whole, ideal for an entire meal. Rated 92/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, macerated for 8 days at a temperature between 25 and 30°C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 9 months, then 1 month after bottling.

Good intensity red with brilliant carmine highlights.

Fresh and delicate, with dominant red fruit aromas.

Palate:
