Blended from various terroirs of the estate, the 2022 Red Chinon Tradition achieves perfect balance. This beautiful Chinon boasts a very pure nose with lovely notes of graphite and ripe bell pepper. It is a perfectly mature Cabernet Franc with generous fruit, offering a concentrated, mineral, and full-bodied palate with remarkable freshness. An excellent value for the price. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation for 3 weeks with daily pumping-over, aged for several months in vats. Light filtration before bottling.Certified organic wine.
