Vinification:

Hand harvested, indigenous yeasts, aged 7 to 9 months in wooden vats. Unfiltered wine.

100% organic and biodynamic estate, no certification required.

Bright, light golden yellow.

Tasty and intense, this wine with its juicy, delicate juice reveals beautiful flavors and perfect balance.
