Powered by a well-rounded vintage of excellent constitution, the 2019 Red Bordeaux Supérieur displays beautiful notes of truffle, black fruits and spices in an open and tasty style. The body is concentrated and intense, with notes of macerated fruit. Serve with grilled or stewed red meat.Vinification:
Mechanical harvesting after several maturity controls, the berries are then sorted 3 times. Cold pre-fermentation maceration in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and natural malolactic fermentation. 50% of the wine is matured in French oak barrels for 8 months.Color:
