Wine:

With a very pale hue, the 2023 Côtes de Provence Première Rosé  delights with its finesse and delicate aromas. The fresh nose, highlighted by floral notes and a hint of white pepper, is immediately captivating. Its very pure, crisp profile makes this an ultra-accessible rosé of great finesse, perfect for aperitifs. A must-have for summer!

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, vinified by grape variety, 100% de-stemmed, direct pneumatic pressing, low pressure, selection of first juices, cold static settling (15°C), fermentation in stainless steel vats, racking after alcoholic fermentation, fining, blend, filtration, bottling in February 2024.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Very pale rosé with slight copper highlights.

Nose:

Beautifully fresh, with floral aromas and notes of white pepper.

Palate:

A rosé with a pure, acidic structure, revealing a wine of great finesse and accessibility.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
