As the undisputed master of Roussillon, Domaine Gauby holds three stars from the Guide RVF and is acclaimed by critics as the true beacon of its region. A trailblazer and inspiration for a generation of winemakers, the domain advocates a minimally interventionist approach both in the vineyard and the cellar.

Practicing agroforestry and organic farming, alongside mixed cropping and livestock in a rugged, arid, and wild environment, this 100-hectare estate stands out as one of the most fascinating operations in the area. Gérard Gauby and his son continue to unveil the complexity and potential of the Calce terroir, with its unique ferrous limestone and schist.

Unmatched and referred to as the “Grand Cru” of Roussillon, Domaine Gauby is a benchmark that crafts cuvées sparkling with purity and charm, featuring expertly managed aging and superb longevity.
