Wine:

With good concentration, accentuated by luxurious aging, the 2022 white Meursault Vieilles Vignes unveils a very pure, precise juice with beautiful balance, anchored in freshness. A blend of various parcels located near Volnay, it offers plenty of substance and stature, complemented by a lengthy and measured aging process, as well as a pronounced acidity and lively vibrancy. Highly promising! Rated 94/100 by the Comittee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, vinified and aged on fine lees in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new, for 18 months.

Color:

Bright, clear gold.

Nose:

Very pure, marked by floral and fruity notes, underlined by hints of vanilla.

Palate:

Fresh and concentrated with bright fruit flavors, this cuvée's pure, precise profile is revealed through beautiful acidity and luxurious ageing.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Poularde with cream and morel mushrooms, sea bass stuffed with scallops, brie with truffles.
