Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional vinification, temperature-controlled fermentation, long maceration.
Aged 18 months in oak tuns.

Color:

An intense red.

Nose:

Abundant black fruit aromas mixed with spicy notes.

Palate:

Full-bodied and precise, with juicy fruit, this wine releases ample, deep, energetic juice.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
