Rated 94/100 by the Selection Committee, the 2023 Morgon Les Délys, from vines near Daniel Bouland’s, offers a beautifully balanced Gamay. With bright minerality, this wine shows remarkable purity, freshness, and finesse. The vibrant, juicy texture reflects its top-tier Beaujolais Cru status, with fine tannins that promise it will age gracefully. An exceptional single-vineyard wine, ready to impress for years to come.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, traditional semi-carbonic vinification for 10 days. Aged in vats for 6 months.

Color:

Ruby red with brilliant carmine undertones.

Nose:

A beautifully mature Gamay with the minerality of the Délys sector, great purity, freshness and elegance.

Palate:

With its vibrant, juicy character, this cuvée combines the richness and finesse of a top-tier Beaujolais Cru. The wine is beautifully crafted, with fine tannins that promise excellent aging potential, making this single-vineyard selection a true standout.
