Perfectly structured and rich, The Dalmore 15 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky remains very elegant. Fine, light in aromas, the nose gains in complexity with aeration, and is marked by nuanced scents reminiscent of peach and baked apple before evolving on more spicy notes of brioche and sourdough bread. Notes of orange peel and fresh grass also give it a particular freshness. The palate confirms this complex panel, to which is added a delicate biscuity impression, on orange and chocolate. The finish is long, dense, with a reminder of coffee and a slightly vanilla woody taste.
