The 2022 Tavel Rosé La Forcadière is a mature rosé, highlighted by beautiful nuances of red fruits, sugared strawberries, and blooming rose notes. Intense, it brilliantly combines indulgence and freshness. The palate is precise, pure, and crisp with a fine consistency, balancing lightness and pleasant drinkability. Perfect for both the table and aperitif, it pairs well with terrines, charcuterie, and grilled fish. A true chameleon rosé. Rated 92/100 by Robert Parker.
