Wine:

Rated 99+/100 by Parker and widely considered the wine of the vintage, the 2015 Ermitage Le Pavillon is one of Michel Chapoutier’s most iconic cuvées. Sourced from the granite-rich soils of the Bessards hillside, this spectacular Red captures the very essence of Hermitage—aromatic, intense, and almost otherworldly.

It strikes a rare balance between power and grace, with ultra-fine tannins and a finish that feels endless. This is granite expressed in its purest, most demanding form—an astonishingly precise wine from start to finish, like a winemaker’s quest for perfection brought to life. A truly great bottle, built to age gracefully for decades.
