The 2023 Red IGP Collines Rhodaniennes Syrah is an elegant wine, showcasing beautifully ripe fruit with a hint of southern character and a subtle smoky bacon note. Vinification:

Hand-harvested 100% destemmed, temperature-controlled vinification partly in demi-muids, extraction by pigeage and remontage, aged 6 months partly in oak demi-muids.

Color:

Carmine red with garnet highlights.

Nose:

Very typical Syrah, marked by delicate smoky and bacon notes.

Palate:

Fresh and juicy with delicious fruity flavors, this wine delivers a juice full of character, immediate pleasure and a delicate spicy finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
