Château de Manissy - Vin de France - Gen Alpha - Rouge - 2021

Wine:

A pure Cinsault vinified without added sulfur, the 2021 red Vin de France GenAlpha is an ode to gourmet pleasure. Its fresh, fruity flavors of red berries and spices are supported by crisp tannins and a supple structure. A little light in alcohol, certified biodynamic, it's the perfect accompaniment to cured meats, pissaladière or fillet of beef with pepper sauce.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, 50% whole bunches and 50% destemmed grapes, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts for around 10 days.

Color:

Bright, intense red.

Nose:

Aromas of red berries haloed by spicy notes.

Palate:

Fresh, fruity and purely gourmet, let the supple structure and crisp tannins of this pure Cinsault cuvée win you over.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Gratin dauphinois, mushroom risotto, Black Angus onglet with pepper sauce, pissaladière.
