It is a unique and experimental estate in the world. Gabriel Pisano is a young, inquisitive, and independent winemaker who works in his own name at Vina Progreso.

Located 25 km from the sea, on limestone and mineral soils, benefiting from the fresh Atlantic winds, this new kind of estate cultivates Tannat in all its forms; Gabriel chooses to harvest it at different maturities, vinifying it without sulfites, using indigenous yeasts, to harvest its most natural expression.

After successful collaborations around the world, including with Mas Doix in Priorat and Clos Apalta with Michel Rolland, this young winemaking prodigy has chosen Uruguay to express all his ideas and talent, exploring previously uncharted territory.
