Wine:

Emphasizing its freshness and finesse, the 2021 red Burgundy Cuvée Réserve  bursts with small red fruits such as raspberry and morello cherry, accompanied by very subtle oak. The palate is elegant, silky, crisp, and ideally sculpted. The tannins are fine and will only become more refined with a little time in the cellar. Let's salute the harmony and digestibility of this cuvée! Rated 92/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, aged 80% in demi-muids and 20% in 228-litre barrels, no fining, light filtration.

Color:

Deep, brilliant garnet red.

Nose:

Aromas of red fruit, raspberry and Morello cherry mixed with fine woody notes.

Palate:

Fine and silky, this cuvée with its fine, elegant tannins and gentle freshness will reveal its full potential after a little time in the cellar.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

White meat, charcuterie, pâté en croûte, steak tartare de canard.

From now until 2033.
