Wine:

From 30-year-old high-altitude vines and aged for two years in barrels, the 2021 Quebrada Seca Chardonnay from Limarí Valley offers ripe notes of hazelnut and dried fruit, with a touch of soft, creamy texture and remarkable freshness. On the palate, it balances richness and power with a well-structured, vibrant profile. This is a superb Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone soils, built for long aging. Rated 95-96/100 by Parker.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Whole grapes pressed. Vinification with indigenous yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation in 228-litre barrels. Aged for 24 months in 228-litre French oak barrels.
