The 2023 white Bandol opens with subtle notes of anise and acacia flowers, featuring a round and expansive structure that will deepen and become more aromatic over time. Characterized by delicate bitters, a light salinity, and a delightful fruitiness, this fresh white wine is destined for good aging. It will reach its full potential in the next 4 to 5 years, if not longer.

Hand harvested, slow fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats.

Pale yellow with silvery highlights.
