Wine:

The Champagne Brut Carte Jaune is a wine of great depth—rich and balanced, primarily driven by Pinot Noir, which provides structure and intensity. Notes of brioche and a slight toasty character come from the reserve wines and a small portion aged in large barrels. This iconic cuvée from the Maison showcases a distinctly vinous character, including up to 45% reserve wines, carefully selected to ensure the quality and consistency of the Veuve Clicquot style.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, traditional Champagne vinification. Made from Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (30%°) and Pinot Meunier (20%). Blend of Reserve wines: 30 to 45%, produced from grapes from 50 to 60 different crus. Aged on laths for a minimum of 3 years in the chalk cellars.
Dosage: 9g/l.

Yellow gold with fine bubbles.

Pure with fruity flavors of peach, pear and mirabelle plum, vanilla and brioche notes.
