Wine:

A model of Chardonnay, the 2021 white Cuvée Saint-Vincent Burgundy offers the complete confidence of a fine Côte d'Or Chardonnay. Very Burgundian in style, with its clean, precise floral aromatics, chalk and citrus notes and elegant fuselage, it delivers a very frank expression of place. We salute its straightforwardness, finesse and freshness. An ideal white for the aperitif or with cooked fish.

Hand-harvested, aged for 10 months in oak barrels on fine lees.

Non-certified biodynamic cultivation.

Precise and uncluttered, this wine is fresh, straightforward and delicate, revealing a beautiful expression.

Voted " Wine merchant of the year 2023 " by the RVF, Maison Vincent Girardin is at the top of the Burgundy wine hierarchy. With uncompromising consistency, its highly seductive wines express themselves in a modern style, at once unctuous and concentrated, with a nice body.

Entirely converted to biodynamic viticulture and described as an "exceptional estate" by Robert Parker, the House produces wines that are highly sought-after by Burgundy's greatest connoisseurs.
