The 2023 Côte de Provence Note Bleue Rosé is a very pale wine that releases lovely floral flavors and notes of white fruits. The palate is fruity and delightful, expressing itself with lightness. This rosé, in magnum format, is ideal to enjoy as an aperitif or at the beginning of a meal.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvest exclusively at night, direct pressing, low-temperature fermentation, aged on fine lees.

Color:

Very pale pink with coppery highlights.

Nose:

Floral flavors mixed with notes of white-fleshed fruit.

Palate:

A rosé with a light, delicious, fruity profile and lovely citrus aromas.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
