The estate and the wine |
|
|
Energised by a new generation, Domaine des Sardelles is fast becoming one of the names to know in Sancerre. Since 2020, Cyprien Perchaud has joined his uncles at the estate, bringing fresh momentum and a clear vision. The vineyard is now fully certified organic.
With precise, cleanly made wines, minimal intervention in the cellar, and parcel-by-parcel vinifications on select bottlings, the estate offers a refined, transparent take on Sancerre—where purity and respect for the grape come first.
The range is focused and compact, just 8 hectares in total, offering a chance to (re)discover some of the Loire Valley’s most sought-after terroirs. |

Classic Sauvignon Blanc through and through, the 2024 Sancerre White is a pure, vibrant wine with delicate floral aromas and a lovely chalky nuance. The palate is clean and graceful, with a lively energy and refined bitterness that brings tension and lift. Fresh, elegant, and effortlessly enjoyable—this is Sancerre built for pure pleasure. |
