A perfectionist winemaker and a proponent of biodynamic practices, he has, over the vintages, established himself as the foremost ambassador of the Loire Valley. Year after year, his cuvées garner praise, setting the highest benchmarks of excellence.

Partners since 2018, we are once again renewing our collaboration this year with the creation of these two bespoke cuvées. They were jointly designed by Alphonse Mellot himself and Olivier Poussier, Best Sommelier in the World, who personally selected the blends.
