Always on the lookout for the best expressions of Champagne at the best price, our Selection Committee travels the vineyards and tastes new, famous, unknown and small estates alike. Our last list of discoveries in our Selection Committee was unbelievably good, and we are more than happy to present to you today one of our favorite estates from this last session. 

Located on the Montagne de Reims in Ecueil, a village classified as a Premier Cru, the family-owned Allouchery-Perseval house is an undeniable success; its pinot noir wine, is a superb opportunity to taste this rising star of the Champagne region.

Champion of our last Selection Committee, the Champagne Blanc de Noirs Le Tradition Brut surprised everyone during this last session! This pure pinot noir wine, carried by a nice proportion of reserve wines (65%), wines from years before 2021, offers a lot of class and elegance. It is an intense bubble, very floral on the nose, with a touch of mirabelle plum and citrus aromas, and a creamy texture that is very balanced and marked by dried fruits and yellow fruits flavors. Pair it with an aperitif or at the beginning of the meal for a beautiful tasting moment. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.
