His dexterity and keen eye lead him to explore new trends and vinification processes and he proves particularly adept at sculpting original and unique wines, like this Chardonnay from the Tinus Collection, born at Château des Tourettes, the Luberon property of Jean-Marie and Maine Guffens, located on limestone-rich terroirs at an altitude of 400 meters.
