Made from meticulously selected grapes, the 2023 Chablis Les Chanoines White opens with delicate, shell-like aromas and a refined mineral character. On the palate, it’s taut, sharply defined, and beautifully traditional—its lack of oak aging allows the pure minerality to shine through. The 2022 Chablis Premier Cru Les Vaudevey White is a brilliant expression of its terroir, showcasing the site’s signature minerality with fresh, chalky nuances on the nose. The palate is focused and vibrant, with impressive concentration and precision. Give it a bit more time—this wine will truly come into its own within the next two years.
