Wine:

Fresh and energetic, the Pernand-Vergelesses Les Combottes Blanc 2016 combines lovely ripe grapes with a bright character. Hints of white flowers and yellow fruit and touches of vanilla and fern combine to give the wine a soft, appetizing character. With its firm texture, this wine will pair wonderfully well with fish or poultry. It can be enjoyed now or in a few years' time.

Vinification:

Harvesting by hand, ageing in Burgundy oak barrels for 18 months.

Glistening pale gold.

Nose:

Notes of white flowers and yellow fruits, a touch of vanilla and fern.

Palate:

Fresh and energetic with mature yet bright fruit. This wine shows a lovely consistent weave and a soft, appetizing and perfectly-balanced character.
