We have selected the Bellevoye Blanc for you, which has been luxuriously aged in Sauternes casks. This bold finish softens the palate, combining the natural power of the distillate with an extraordinary smoothness and complexity! We couldn't agree more. Discover this great whisky of unparalleled complexity and smoothness!

Elaboration:

100% unpeated French triple malt, a blend of France's three finest single malt whiskies, matured in Sauternes casks. Primary maturation of 3 to 8 years in French oak barrels at each of the 3 selected distilleries, secondary maturation at the Bellevoye winery in Charente for 6 months in Sauternes casks.

Color:

Old gold color with topaz highlights.

Nose:

Broad aromatic palette, notes of dried fruit: currant-apricot-date mingled with fine touches of spice: vanilla-cinnamon-ginger and honey, a hint of orange peel and marmalade.

Palate:

Powerful and delicious, with extraordinary smoothness and complexity, and a lovely, coated finish with lingering almond and hazelnut flavors.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Glencairn whisky glass.

Food and wine pairing:

As an aperitif, digestif, on its own, or for water lovers who like to complement their Whisky tasting, we suggest a still, neutral, fresh spring water.
