Wine:

With a gorgeous light yellow hue, the Bourgogne Couvent des Jacobins Blanc 2016 is the perfect example of a Chardonnay from Burgundy. After opening with scents of lush yellow fruit, white flowers and notes of brioche, it reveals a well-balanced and very fine substance. A fresh and vibrant wine, a bringer of pleasure par excellence!

Vinification:

Harvesting by hand, fermentation in barrels of which one third are new, 15 months' barrel ageing on the lees for part of the wine and the remainder in vats.

Color:

Glistening light yellow hue.

Nose:

Scents of lush yellow fruit, white flowers and brioche.

Palate:

Fresh and vibrant, this wine shows a well-balanced, very fine and appetizing body.

Temperature:

Serve between 10-12°C.
