Domaine de Terrebrune - Bandol - Blanc - 2021
A Selection Committee Favorite! Rated 95/100, the 2021 White Bandol is made out of a majority of clairette grape variety, associated with ugni blanc, bourboulenc, marsanne and rolle. The result is a wine of great purity, with a slightly flinty side to it that reminds us of its limestone terroir. The palate is impeccable in style, fresh and complex, with notes of stone fruits, a floral touch and a beautiful saline and iodine finish. A very fine example of a great white Bandol, to pair with grilled or roasted fish or seafood. It will easily keep for ten years or more in the cellar!

Made out of mourvedre grapes that were matured to perfection, the 2021 Bandol rosé wine has a pale hue with copper-salmon nuances. The nose is extremely pure and fresh, with notes of star anise and citrus fruits. The palate is deep, with a delicate structure and a lot of character. It is a great rosé wine that will pair beautifully with an aperitif or grilled fish or white meat. A great representation of rosé wines from the Bandol region! Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.

The king of Bandol is the mourvèdre grape variety! And this 2018 Red Bandol wine is not lacking in it, as it represents up to 85% of its blend. A suave wine with a great perfume and an intense complexity of aromas that has simply delighted us. On this terraced vineyard, facing the sea, it speaks of the wonders of the Mediterranean, with its scents of garrigue, licorice, plum and spices. The palate expresses the right infusion of mourvèdre, with smooth tannins and a slightly acidic finish. This is a Bandol of character, a pure, ripe, fresh and delicate wine. It can be enjoyed now, decanted beforehand, or kept for up to ten years. A Selection Committee Favorite praised by the RVF, rated 94/100.

Le Bandol Blanc 2020 compose une superbe symphonie autour des cépages clairette, ugni blanc, bourboulenc, marsanne et rolle. Cette variété apporte une belle complexité au vin, entre touche minérale, pointe florale, ambiance méditerranéenne exotique et fraîcheur. La trame superbe, très élancée et tonique, appelle un second verre. Un très beau vin à savourer sur la décennie, avec un beau poisson, des crustacés ou des fromages de chèvre. Noté 16,5/20 par le Comité.

Its palate has a beautiful tonic and acidic dimension, with fine bitters. A bottle destined for the table, whose potential is exceptional and that can be kept for five to ten years.
