Wine:

The 2020 White Pouilly-Fuissé is already a delight, opening with honeyed notes and a profile reminiscent of a well-evolved Chablis. Its dense and textured structure is balanced by refreshing acidity, creating a full-bodied, well-structured wine with excellent aging potential. Best enjoyed with food, it pairs beautifully with dishes like vol-au-vent or pike quenelles.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Fermentation and ageing on fine lees for 8 to 9 months, 70% in stainless steel vats and 30% in oak barrels.

Intense gold.

Nose:

With honeyed notes reminiscent of acacia honey, this wine offers a profile akin to a beautifully evolved Chablis.
