Elaboration:

Careful selection of the finest Filippo Cea almonds from Puglia. Picked entirely by hand, while still fresh and white, they are peeled and grated into a very fine powder for infusion in low-proof alcohol. The resulting distillate is then left to macerate, before a hint of vanilla is added to further enhance its silky, gourmet character.
