Wine:

The Red 2022 Côtes-du-Rhône Reserve is intense, brimming with rich dark fruit, especially blackberry, and supported by well-developed tannins. It's a dense wine with an impressive mid-palate, still youthful but showing great potential. Enhanced by notes of violet, this high-caliber wine can be enjoyed in its youth but will continue to evolve over the next two years. Perfectly paired with red meats, such as a daube.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Berries are sorted and destemmed. Fermentation in 150- and 190-hl temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Aged in wood and stainless steel vats for 1 year.

Deep ruby red.

Nose:

Powerful aromas of ripe black fruit with hints of spice.

Palate:

Velvety texture with delicate, perfectly integrated tannins.
