The 2021 red Sancerre once again showcases the undeniable expertise of whole bunch vinification, a hallmark of the estate. The wine consistently delivers beautiful purity and well-ripened, expressive fruit, with a satisfying crunch and plenty of freshness. It's a delight to drink now and will remain so over the next five years.Vinification:
Hand harvested, sorted, whole grapes macerated between 2 and 4 weeks, aged for 12 months in 500L barrels and vats, then 12 months in vats.Certified organic wine.
