Sweet and fruity, with notes of ripe, juicy pears, blood orange and honey, the Royal Salute 30-Year-Old whisky offers a host of complex scents, blending on aeration with notes of toasted oak, dried currants and subtle hints of wood-fired smoke. On the palate, this whisky releases power and sweetness one after the other, supported by flavors of candied walnuts, peaches in syrup and rhubarb crumble, as well as hints of spice, cinnamon, ginger and smoky flavors. Palate:

This sweet whisky is underpinned by notes of candied walnuts, peaches in syrup and rhubarb crumble, but also hints of spice, cinnamon, ginger and smoky flavors.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Glencairn whisky glass.

On June 2, 1953, the day of Queen Elizabeth II's coronation, he launched a unique whisky, "Royal Salute 21 Years". The name is a reference and a tribute to the "Royal Salute", the 21 cannon shots fired on that special day, which marked the beginning of the British monarch's reign.
