Wine:

The 2022 red IGP Méditerranée Le Paradou is a 100% Cinsault that opens with a refined, fresh palette, with notes of cherries in syrup in particular, and a very restrained ageing process that emphasizes the fruity character. The palate is suave, the tannins delicate, and the whole is beautifully mature. Enjoy it over the next three years with grilled meats, cured meats and all summer dishes. In Magnum format, conviviality is at its best. Rated 91/100 by the committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Maceration for approximately 15 days in concrete vats with gentle extraction. Aged in stainless steel vats.

Bright ruby red.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of cherries in syrup and red fruit, with a hint of menthol.

Palate:

The palate is suave, with delicate tannins and a well-balanced, mature structure.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
