Wine:

With a Chardonnay dominance (55%) and a very low dosage, the 2010 R de Ruinart Blanc Millésimé Champagne is a dense, profound wine, showcasing a brilliant mineral character alongside notes of dried fruits, toasted hazelnuts, and gingerbread—a result of well-managed aging. It extends with precision and balance to a savoury finish. Still remarkably fresh, it has been rated 93/100 by Bettane+Desseauve. In magnum format, it promises double the enjoyment and an unforgettable moment of shared conviviality!

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, with alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for at least 11 years on the lees.

Dosage: 5.5 g/L.

Pale, luminous gold with green and brown highlights.

Nose:

Rich and full-bodied, marked by aromas of ripe white and yellow fruits, with hints of spice and floral notes.
