Wine:

The 2023 White Givry Premier Cru Crausot is a generous Chardonnay with impressive depth, showcasing aromas of perfectly ripened stone fruit. It achieves a fine balance between freshness and volume, with delicate floral notes complemented by subtle hints of toast and oak. Rich and full-bodied, this wine pairs beautifully with poultry or creamy fish dishes.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, 100% destemmed. Traditional vinification, cold maceration for 3 to 4 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation in vats. Aged for 10 months in oak barrels, 1/3 new and 2/3 of 1 and 2 wines.

Color:

Intense, brilliant gold.

Nose:

Exceptionally ripe, this generous Chardonnay reveals floral aromas intertwined with subtle notes of oak, toast, and grill.

Palate:

Rich and full-bodied, with perfectly balanced freshness and volume, this captivating white showcases optimal ripeness and a harmonious structure.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C in a large glass.
