Naturally fresh, L'Amante Elixir de menthe artisanal liqueur is made from mints grown in organic and biodynamic agriculture, macerated as soon as they are picked, processed into an elixir and then aged in vats. The result is a delicate liqueur with a herbaceous nose, a hint of aniseed and a round, vegetal palate, finishing with a fresh, mentholated touch. Serve over ice with a dash of sparkling water, or as a delicate after-dinner drink.

Elaboration:

Made with different varieties of mint grown on the estate in organic and biodynamic agriculture. Less than an hour after harvesting, freshly picked plants are macerated. Four botanical selections are worked into an elixir. Aged in stainless steel tanks, then bottled on the estate.

Food and wine pairing:

As an aperitif, on the rocks with a dash of sparkling water, in cocktails or delicate after a meal.

Originally from the Forez region of France, the Forissier family produces verbena in the purest local tradition, with particular attention paid to short supply chains and environmental protection. Organic and biodynamic cultivation, manual harvesting, cold extraction and natural, local ingredients are all used to produce a delicate, highly fragrant verbena.
