Wine:

Made out of mourvedre grapes that were matured to perfection, the 2021 Bandol rosé wine has a pale hue with copper-salmon nuances. The nose is extremely pure and fresh, with notes of star anise and citrus fruits. The palate is deep, with a delicate structure and a lot of character. It is a great rosé wine that will pair beautifully with an aperitif or grilled fish or white meat. A great representation of rosé wines from the Bandol region! Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, slow fermentation at low temperature, in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel tanks.

Certified organic wine.

Pale rosé with beautiful coppery-salmon hues.

Nose:

Fresh and very pure underlined by notes of anise and Mediterranean citrus.

Palate:

This rosé with a tight and fine palate, it reveals both delicacy and character. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as the first course of a meal.

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
