Wine:

Elegant and meaty, the 2021 red Bordeaux unfurls delightful notes of perfectly ripe red and black fruits, complemented by a hint of graphite. This juicy and approachable Bordeaux, purely made from Merlot, provides a very pleasant texture and smooth tannins. In short, it embodies everything one expects from a quality Bordeaux!

Vinification:

Traditional vinification in cement vats with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12 months in cement vats on lees.

Color:

Intense garnet red with carmine highlights.

Nose:

Full-bodied, with lovely aromas of perfectly ripe red and black fruits, underlined by a hint of graphite.

Palate:

Crisp and full-bodied, this cuvée unfurls fine, delicate tannins, a fruity, gourmet ensemble. A real wine for sharing.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
