Vinification:

Hand harvested. Fermentation with selected neutral yeasts. Aged on lees in stainless-steel vats for 8 months, no bâtonnage.

Color:

Bright light gold.

Nose:

Fresh and very pure, with nuances of lemon zest, touches of chalk and a hint of smokiness.

Palate:

This wine has a dynamic, concentrated profile, with delicate juices and a beautiful natural acidity that makes it tonic, salivating and appetizing.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
